Setting up Authenticated SMTP in Vista Mail
- Open Windows Mail and select Accounts from the Tools menu.
- Select your mail account and click the Properties button
- Click the Servers tab and ensure your full email address is listed for the Username (eg. username@csolve.net )
- Below Outgoing Mail select "My outgoing server requires authentication" and click the Settings button
- Click "Use the same settings as my Incoming Mail Server" and click OK
- Click OK again and close the accounts.
