Setting up Authenticated SMTP in Microsoft Outlook 2000

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2000 and select Accounts from the Tools menu.
2. Select your mail account and click the Properties button
3. Click the Servers tab and ensure your full email address is listed for the Account name (eg. username@csolve.net )
4. Below Outgoing Mail select "My outgoing server requires authentication" and click the Settings button
5. Click "Use the same settings as my Incoming Mail Server" and click OK
6. Click OK again and close the accounts.
