Location: Barrie and Midland, Ontario
Compu-SOLVE Technologies Inc. is expanding our technology services department by adding two additional experienced technicians.
The successful candidate will have the following strengths:
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, clients and management

- ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- attention to detail
The successful candidate must have all of the following credentials:
- minimum 5 years in the Information Technology industry
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- a working knowledge of networks
- a working knowledge of Microsoft Server products
- a working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
The following credentials will be an asset:
- HP Accredited Platform Specialist - Workstation, Desktop and Notebook
- HP Server Accredited Integration Specialist
- Cisco Certified Network Associate
- Cisco Certified Network Engineer
- Cisco Certified Design Associate
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Citrix Certified

Customer Services Representative
Location: Midland/Barrie, Ontario
Progressive, professional, retail environment. Seeking enthusiastic, hard working, detail oriented team member to assist with sales and customer service of Internet and Cellular technologies.
Essential Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on customer needs, teamwork and results
- Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking
- Job task planning and organizing
- Finding information
- Computer use & Continuous learning
- Knowledge of the Internet and cellular technology
- Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and after-sale support of Internet and Cellular products
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Explain the type and cost of services offered
- Arrange for billing for services
- Receive payments
- Access and process information
- Perform general office duties
$11-$12 hourly, 40 hours per week.
