Senior Computer Technologist / Networking

Location: Barrie and Midland, Ontario

Compu-SOLVE Technologies Inc. is expanding our technology services department by adding two additional experienced technicians.

The successful candidate will have the following strengths:

  1. ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, clients and management
  2. team player
  3. ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  4. attention to detail
The successful candidate must have all of the following credentials:
  1. minimum 5 years in the Information Technology industry
  2. CompTIA A+ Certification
  3. a working knowledge of networks
  4. a working knowledge of Microsoft Server products
  5. a working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
The following credentials will be an asset:
  1. HP Accredited Platform Specialist - Workstation, Desktop and Notebook
  2. HP Server Accredited Integration Specialist
  3. Cisco Certified Network Associate
  4. Cisco Certified Network Engineer
  5. Cisco Certified Design Associate
  6. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
  7. Microsoft Certified Professional
  8. Citrix Certified

Customer Services Representative

Location: Midland/Barrie, Ontario

Progressive, professional, retail environment. Seeking enthusiastic, hard working, detail oriented team member to assist with sales and customer service of Internet and Cellular technologies.

Essential Skills:

  1. Strong communication skills
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, with focus on customer needs, teamwork and results
  3. Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking
  4. Job task planning and organizing
  5. Finding information
  6. Computer use & Continuous learning
  7. Knowledge of the Internet and cellular technology
  8. Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision
  9. Keen attention to detail
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and after-sale support of Internet and Cellular products
  2. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  3. Explain the type and cost of services offered
  4. Arrange for billing for services
  5. Receive payments
  6. Access and process information
  7. Perform general office duties

$11-$12 hourly, 40 hours per week.
